By accessing or using ShelfSync Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ShelfSync Pro is a SaaS platform that helps retail stores manage shelf pricing by:

  • Syncing with Shopify to detect price changes
  • Providing alerts for price discrepancies
  • Enabling barcode scanning for price verification
  • Facilitating label printing for shelf tags

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial.

Billing: After your trial, you will be billed according to the plan you select. Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use automated systems to access the Service (except approved APIs)

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ShelfSync Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.

You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShelfSync Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service.
